To: All Patients of Uxendon Crescent Surgery
We are writing to update on progress for our practice relocation.
We will be relocating Uxendon Crescent Surgery to our new premises at 92 Preston Road Wembley HA9 8NL (Approx. ½ a mile from our current site). The new site is currently going through modernisation and refurbishments.
As you know, this move will allow us to improve the services we provide to you, with upgraded facilities, more consultation rooms, and better accessibility for our patients. Our aim is to ensure that your care continues seamlessly throughout this transition.
Appointments:
In the interim, from Monday 2nd March we will offer telephone appointments and virtual consultations until we have all facilities up and ready at the new site.
We have also made arrangements with our buddy K&W practices to help us offer urgent face-to-face appointments.
