  • Attend appointments on time or let us know if you need to cancel
  • Provide accurate personal and medical information
  • Follow agreed treatment plans and advice
  • Use emergency and urgent services appropriately
  • Update us with changes in contact details
  • Share feedback to help us improve

Our Services

We provide a wide range of healthcare services, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m – 6:30 p.m:

  1. E Consultations – Reponses within 24-28 hours
  2. Emails – Monitored Daily
  3. NHS APP – Prescriptions are requested
  4. Batch Messaging – For Smears and Other Appointments
  5. Travel Vaccines
  6. Face to Face – Routine 
  7. Face to Face – Same Day Appointments – Monday to Friday given out at 8am
  8. Telephone – Routine
  9. Telephone – Same Day Appointments – Monday to Friday given out at 8am
  10. Out of Hours Minor Ailments with Clinical Pharmacist
  11. Hub Access
