How to book an Appointment

Appointments may be booked in several ways:

E-consult:

Non-emergency queries can be dealt with via E-consults with a minimum of 24 hours and maximum of 72 hours (Mon-Friday) response time.

By Phone:

Patients can book an appointment by calling the reception on our telephone number: 020 8904 3883

Advance Booking:

Bookable up to 2 months in advance, this provides a choice and flexibility as to when and by whom you are seen.

If these appointments are filled on a particular day that you require, the receptionist will look for an acceptable alternative.

A number of theses appointments are going to be available to book online.

On the day:

Everyday, starting at 9.00am, a limited number of appointments become available. All patient queries are triaged and then based on the severity of the situation, appointments are booked with an allocated member of staff: GPs, ANP, Pharmacist, Inhouse Physiotherapist, HCAs and Social Prescriber.

All emergency cases will be dealt with on the day.

General/ Routine appointments will be booked in advance of 1-2 weeks.

If the matter can be dealt with over the phone, then you may not be seen face-to-face.

Appointments (Telephone and face to face ) are also available with Hub GPs.

Please note that by calling with at very short notice, there is less flexibility over the time of the appointment and the choice of clinician.

Telephone Consultations:

You are able to book telephone appointments with our GPs, ANP or Nurses in advance for various issues such as:

  • Ongoing medical problems
  • Medication changes
  • Investigation results

Please note:

Sick notes

Sick note requests (please ensure precise reasons are given for the sick notes) should be handed in to the reception or they can be emailed to the surgery.
