Uxendon Crescent Surgery is running DAILY PRE-BOOKABLE FLU VACCINATION CLINIC from MONDAY TO FRIDAY. Call reception to book appointment ASAP. Due to the demanding pace of our flu clinics , please help us by carrying out the following:Wear appropriate clothing: On day of the appointment please wear loose clothing that will be easier to roll back for the injection. Please avoid wearing too many layers.Have chosen arm for injection ready and Other concerns: please note the clinics will strictly be for flu jab only. We will not be able to address any other clinical concerns. Please Ignore this message if you have already got your jab and let the surgery know please.

If there is someone you rely on as your carer, please ask them to contact their own surgery as they may be eligible for a free
